About me

Personal Information

I was born to a Swiss mother and an American father in Northern California in the spring of 1987. My family later moved to suburban Zurich, where I spent my school years. As a young adult, I crossed the Atlantic on my own terms to pursue an undergraduate training in Vancouver, Canada. After four years abroad, I returned to Switzerland, where my desire to become a therapist solidified and led me into graduate and post-graduate training.

Today, I am settled in Zurich with my husband, our dog, Waldo and our dwarf hamster, Idaho. My bilingual and bi-cultural background have played a key role in informing my personal development, my approach to life and not least my work as a psychotherapist.

I love music, dance and spent much of my youth passionately training as a figure skater.
